Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, approximately 2 minutes. with a standing or a hand mixer. You can also use a bowl and whisk by hand (it’s difficult, but definitely doable and will take a tad longer than 2 minutes)
Using a spatula, fold the sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup honey, and 1/2 teaspoon french sea salt into the whipped cream. Continue stirring until completely combined. Pour into a freezer-safe container with airtight lid. Drizzle the top with 2 tablespoons honey. Cover; freeze until set, 6-8 hours.
Scoop into tiny bowls. Drizzle individual servings with a little more honey and sprinkle with a pinch of ‘Black Cyprus Sea Salt’.
